How to read the result
- Near zero or negative: the refinance returns essentially all of your capital. That is a clean BRRRR you can repeat.
- A modest amount left in: normal, and often fine, but that cash stays in the property.
- A large amount left in: the after repair value or the all-in cost is off. The capital is trapped and you cannot fully repeat.
